Handicap trên MyHandicap là unofficial Chỉ số HCP trong app là công cụ theo dõi theo công thức World Handicap System (WHS) để bạn tự theo dõi phong độ. Nó không phải thẻ handicap chính thức của VGA, USGA, R&A hay bất kỳ hiệp hội golf nào, và không thay thế handicap được cấp bởi câu lạc bộ / hiệp hội. Ban tổ chức giải có quyền không chấp nhận chỉ số này.

MyHandicap (“chúng tôi”) giải thích dữ liệu nào được thu thập khi bạn dùng app com.myhandicap.app, cách dùng, và quyền của bạn theo Nghị định 13/2023/NĐ-CP.

1. Dữ liệu thu thập

Tài khoản

Số điện thoại — đăng nhập OTP qua SMS
Tên hiển thị, tỉnh/thành — bạn nhập khi tạo hồ sơ
Ảnh đại diện — nếu bạn chọn upload
Golfer ID công khai do hệ thống cấp (ví dụ MH-01234)

Dữ liệu golf

Điểm từng hố, sân, tee, ngày chơi, ảnh scorecard (nếu bạn upload)
Lịch sử differential và Handicap Index tính trên app
Phiên live, bạn bè, CLB, giải, bình luận / ảnh flight nếu bạn dùng tính năng xã hội

Mua hàng (nếu nâng cấp)

Trạng thái gói Free / Pro / Club và add-on GPS — xử lý qua Apple, Google và RevenueCat. Chúng tôi không lưu số thẻ.

Thiết bị

Ngôn ngữ, phiên đăng nhập trên máy (Keychain / Keystore)
Vị trí — chỉ khi bạn bật add-on GPS và cấp quyền
Báo cáo crash ẩn danh để sửa lỗi

2. Mục đích sử dụng

Tính và hiển thị Handicap Index unofficial theo WHS
Đồng bộ trận giữa các thiết bị của bạn
Bạn bè, live round, CLB, giải
Đọc scorecard bằng AI khi bạn chủ động scan
Xử lý gói trả phí và hỗ trợ

Chúng tôi không bán dữ liệu cá nhân. Quảng cáo trên gói Free (khi theo dõi live) là quảng cáo nội bộ để giới thiệu Pro — không bán dữ liệu cho mạng quảng cáo bên thứ ba.

3. Lưu trữ & bảo mật

Hồ sơ và trận lưu trên Supabase. Ảnh scorecard và avatar lưu trên Cloudflare R2 (assets.myhandicap.app). Phiên đăng nhập lưu trên thiết bị qua expo-secure-store.

5. Quyền của bạn

Xuất dữ liệu — Cài đặt → Tài khoản → Xuất dữ liệu (JSON)
Xoá tài khoản — Cài đặt → Tài khoản → Xoá tài khoản. Dữ liệu xoá trong vòng 30 ngày.
Sửa hồ sơ — tên, thành phố, ảnh đại diện bất cứ lúc nào

6. Trẻ em

Không cố ý thu thập dữ liệu của trẻ dưới 13 tuổi. App xếp hạng 4+.

7. Thay đổi

Thay đổi quan trọng sẽ thông báo trong app. Tiếp tục dùng app sau khi cập nhật là chấp nhận chính sách mới.

Handicap on MyHandicap is unofficial The HCP shown in the app is a personal tracking tool that follows World Handicap System (WHS) formulae. It is not an official handicap card issued by VGA, USGA, The R&A, or any golf association, and it does not replace a club- or association-issued handicap. Event organisers may refuse it.

MyHandicap (“we”) explains what we collect when you use the app com.myhandicap.app, how we use it, and your rights (including Vietnam Decree 13/2023/ND-CP).

1. Information we collect

Account

Phone number — OTP sign-in via SMS
Display name and city — entered by you
Profile photo — if you upload one
A public Golfer ID we generate (e.g. MH-01234)

Golf data

Hole scores, course, tee, date played, scorecard photos you upload
Score differentials and the in-app Handicap Index history
Live sessions, friends, clubs, tournaments, comments / flight photos if you use social features

Purchases (if you upgrade)

Free / Pro / Club plan and GPS add-on status — handled by Apple, Google and RevenueCat. We do not store card numbers.

Device

Language preference and the session stored on-device (Keychain / Keystore)
Location — only if you enable the GPS add-on and grant permission
Anonymous crash reports

2. How we use it

To calculate and show an unofficial WHS-style Handicap Index
To sync your rounds across your devices
Friends, live rounds, clubs, tournaments
AI scorecard reading when you choose to scan
Paid plans and support

We do not sell personal data. Ads on the Free plan (when you follow a live round) are first-party upsells for Pro — we do not sell data to third-party ad networks.

3. Storage & security

Profiles and rounds are stored on Supabase. Scorecard and avatar images are stored on Cloudflare R2 (assets.myhandicap.app). Sessions are stored on-device via expo-secure-store.

5. Your rights

Export — Settings → Account → Export data (JSON)
Delete account — Settings → Account → Delete account. Removal completes within 30 days.
Correct profile — name, city, avatar at any time

6. Children

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. The app is rated 4+.

7. Changes

Material changes will be noted in-app. Continued use after an update means you accept the new policy.
