Điều khoản sử dụng
- không phải handicap chính thức của VGA, USGA, R&A hay hiệp hội golf nào;
- không thay thế thẻ handicap do CLB / hiệp hội cấp;
- không được dùng làm bằng chứng handicap khi đăng ký giải, trừ khi BTC tự chấp nhận.
Dùng app MyHandicap (com.myhandicap.app) nghĩa là bạn đồng ý với các điều khoản này và Chính sách quyền riêng tư. Nếu không đồng ý, hãy ngừng sử dụng.
1. Dịch vụ
MyHandicap giúp ghi trận golf, tính chỉ số theo dõi theo WHS, theo dõi live, CLB và giải do người dùng tạo. Dịch vụ cung cấp “nguyên trạng”, có thể thay đổi tính năng theo thời gian.
2. Tài khoản
- Bạn đăng nhập bằng số điện thoại và chịu trách nhiệm với thiết bị / OTP của mình.
- Một số điện thoại gắn một Golfer ID. Không mạo danh người khác.
- Bạn có thể xoá tài khoản trong Cài đặt. Xoá là vĩnh viễn sau khi xử lý (trong vòng 30 ngày).
3. Nội dung bạn nhập
Điểm, ảnh scorecard, ảnh đại diện, bình luận thuộc trách nhiệm của bạn. Bạn cam kết dữ liệu là hợp pháp và bạn có quyền upload. Chúng tôi có thể gỡ nội dung vi phạm hoặc lạm dụng.
4. Gói Free / Pro / Club
- Free: hạn mức trận/tháng, 1 lần AI scan scorecard / tháng (vẫn upload ảnh và nhập tay), theo dõi live kèm quảng cáo nội bộ.
- Pro / Club và add-on GPS: mua qua App Store hoặc Google Play. Điều khoản thanh toán, gia hạn, hoàn tiền do Apple / Google quy định.
- Khôi phục giao dịch: dùng nút Restore trong app.
5. Hành vi cấm
- Gian lận điểm, spam, quấy rối, thu thập dữ liệu người khác trái phép
- Can thiệp hệ thống, vượt hạn mức bằng cách lách kỹ thuật
6. Sở hữu trí tuệ
App, thương hiệu MyHandicap và danh mục sân thuộc chúng tôi hoặc bên cấp phép. Bạn được dùng app cho mục đích cá nhân, không sao chép dịch vụ.
7. Tuyên bố miễn trừ
Chỉ số HCP, thẻ trong app và PDF chỉ mang tính tham khảo. Chúng tôi không bảo đảm tính chính xác tuyệt đối so với handicap chính thức, không chịu trách nhiệm nếu sân / giải từ chối chỉ số này, hoặc thiệt hại phát sinh từ việc dùng app (trong phạm vi pháp luật cho phép).
8. Luật áp dụng
Luật Việt Nam. Tranh chấp ưu tiên thương lượng; nếu không được thì toà án có thẩm quyền tại Việt Nam.

Using the MyHandicap app (com.myhandicap.app) means you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, stop using the app.
1. The service
MyHandicap lets you log golf rounds, track an unofficial WHS-style index, follow live rounds, and use user-created clubs and tournaments. Features may change. The service is provided “as is”.
2. Accounts
- You sign in with a phone number and are responsible for that device / OTP.
- One phone number maps to one Golfer ID. Do not impersonate others.
- You may delete your account in Settings. Deletion is permanent after processing (within 30 days).
3. Your content
Scores, scorecard photos, avatars and comments are your responsibility. You warrant you have the right to upload them. We may remove abusive or unlawful content.
4. Free / Pro / Club
- Free: monthly round cap, 1 AI scorecard scan / month (you may still upload the photo and enter scores by hand), live follow with first-party ads.
- Pro / Club and the GPS add-on: purchased through the App Store or Google Play. Billing, renewal and refunds follow Apple / Google rules.
- Restore purchases with the in-app Restore button.
5. Acceptable use
- No score fraud, spam, harassment, or unauthorised collection of other users’ data
- No attacking the service or bypassing quotas by technical means
6. Intellectual property
The app, the MyHandicap name and course catalogue belong to us or our licensors. You get a personal licence to use the app, not to copy the service.
7. Disclaimer
In-app HCP, cards and PDFs are for reference only. We do not warrant they match an official handicap, and we are not liable if a course or event refuses the index, or for losses from using the app, to the extent permitted by law.
8. Governing law
Laws of Vietnam. Try to resolve disputes amicably first; otherwise competent courts in Vietnam.
